Russian label Other Voices will release Forthcoming Fire's new album CD 'Set The World On Fire - Mixes, Hits and Last Temptations' on October 15.

The CD will show the full spectrum of what the band was known for - with a better sound, new mixes and new versions plus the two new songs 'Set The World On Fire' and 'Sonic Horse Ride' that have been performed and recorded by the band's founding members.

Pre-orders are now available at Infrarot.de (€10.99) and Tantric Harmonies Mailorder ($11.31).

In spring of 1997 we where invited to play at a famous club in Florence - the Tenax. Apart from a great show at that night we had a very good time the next day with nice friends and perfect weather in one of the loveliest cities in Europe. Thanks to Sebi for his wine, food and home!

From now on all Forthcoming Fire albums are available exclusively on iTunes as never before released Bonus Track Versions (each with a minimum of 15 Tracks!). As all the albums have been out of print for years we decided to make them available for the future via iTunes. These special Bonus Track Versions will surely never be released as CDs, also their running time is much longer than an Audio CD in most cases.

Forthcoming Fire featured on limited free CD sampler in Stereo & Video magazine (Russia)

It is the very last release for Intuition Records and the first for Other Voices Records. To be not mixed with German Intuition Records and Dutch Intuition Recordings the Russian label decided to change its name to Other Voices. The compilation presents the label's actual and forthcoming products ranging from Gothic / Wave / Electropop to Heavenly Voices. 16 artists from Italy, Germany, Russia, USA, France, Chile, Brazil, Belgium and UK. The sampler will come as free CD with Russian STEREO & VIDEO magazine (issue #1, 2010). Strictly limited edition of 40 000 copies. The magazine also features all bands info, images and web links on a special page dedicated to this sampler.
The sampler will contain a classic track from Forthcoming Fire, "William Lovell", that has been remastered this year for the first time since being released in the early Nineties. The track is also a teaser for the soon to be released Forthcoming Fire album "Set The World On Fire" (Jan 2010).

New Forthcoming Fire Album CD in Winter 2009/2010

After months and years that we have announced this CD, finally it will be released during the upcoming winter 2009/2010 by the Russian label Intuition Records. As mentioned before, it will be more a compilation than a new album, but you will find 2 new tracks plus many new versions and remixes of our well-known songs. As all our albums from the 90s are no longer available, we decided to remaster some classic FCF tracks and also put it there. I will soon post a tracklist, as soon as everything is final.

Since some weeks our first album Ekhnaton from 1992 is available at iTunes as a 16-track bonus version. In addition to the original album tracks you will find two songs there from the "Longing For Light"-EP (1991) plus "And The Autumn Has Come", originally from the "Heliopolis"-EP. Both CDs are very hard to get these days and this is not due to change in the future with no money in the pocket of record companies.

We also added a modern bonus to this classic album: a remix of "Raise Your Wings Like Fire" that has never been released anywhere before (it was done in 2009 by myself). We decided not use it as a bait to buy the iTunes album, but to give it to you for free. At least for some weeks (until Nov 1st, 2009) you can exclusively download this track on Last.fm. I am happy to read your feedback to this remix here or there.

And there is more to come: All other albums will be released on iTunes as bonus track versions throughout the next weeks. I will keep you posted!
